Spreadsheets don't include image files — only your records came in. Add images now by dropping a folder of image files; they'll be matched to these works automatically by filename and visual similarity.

Image size
Downloads a .zip of the image files for the selected works. Filenames use the inventory number and title. Works with multiple images include all of them.
Downloads an .xlsx spreadsheet with all metadata for the selected works (one row per work). Images are not embedded — image URLs are included as a column.
Adds a column containing the QR payload (the inventory number) for each row, as text. Doesn't embed images.
Off: a printable grid you cut up yourself. On: lays out content at the exact coordinates for a sheet of Avery labels.
Avery template
Tip: print onto plain paper first and hold it against a label sheet up to a light to check alignment before using real labels.
Custom template dimensions (millimeters)
Starting position on sheet
Use 1 for a fresh sheet. If you previously used labels 1–4, set this to 5 to skip them.
Adjust Printer Alignment
Printer offset adjustment (millimeters)
Most printers offset the page by a few mm. If your first test shows labels are too high, increase Vertical. Too far right, decrease Horizontal. Saved between sessions.
Leave unchecked to print the work details. Check to print empty labels at the correct positions — useful for handwriting or testing sheet alignment.
Fields to include
Encodes the work's inventory number. Useful for warehouse scanning today; once the hosted version is live, this will become a share URL automatically.
